786 Electricals were tasked with replacing a faulty shower unit. They faced a couple of problems (due to the way the building is) and were able to resolve instantly due to their vast knowledge and expertise. These guys can customise a solution for anyone! Adam and Jim were very professional and helpful. They were able to explain what was going on in layman's term which is a quality a lot of technicians lack. After installing the new shower, they checked thoroughly to make sure everything was safe, fully tested the appliance to make sure it's functional and adjusted where necessary. I'd definitely recommend 786 Electricals and wouldn't hesitate to go to them if needed in the future. The way they operate means you can be at ease! ~ N K

Fantastic professional service by Adam and Jacob! Arrived promptly within a few hours of contacting them for help, very friendly and diligent when going about their work in an expert manner. I have been experiencing trouble with a light fitting in my house for several months, but now finally have peace of mind that it has been fixed properly and safely to the relief of all my family! Very respectful and responsible in obeying COVID safety protocols too with masks and specialised shoe covers, considerate of everyone’s safety and health. I cannot express my gratitude to Adam and his team for his work on my house. There was an issue with the oven in which the fuse box kept switching off as I attempted to use this, however when they arrived at 5pm they found a massive issue with the fuse box and the power was completely gone. Adam felt inclined to delay fixing this, knowing he had to go out and get the appropriate part and come back to fix it all evening. They worked tirelessly till 12:15am and were really nice, pleasant guys who did their best for me in a difficult situation. Adam did a great job explaining the process and any safety issues. They provided excellent service and sacrifice doing a difficult job in pitch black! Despite the time they also took their time in order to deliver real quality work, for which I ma very grateful for. Wow! Im the first to complain about poor service, especially from tradesman so I thought it only right to write a review about these guys. I need a new electric box fitted urgently and not only did they manage to do it the same day (3.5 hours work!) but they were £150 cheaper than other quotes. To top it off the main guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the guys that worked at our house were unbelievable, they were polite, tidy and even took delivery of a number of parcels for me. Adam was very professional and friendly and responded to my urgent electrical issue within an hour. It was great to have an estimate on the potential costs before arriving to complete the work. Adam's experience with diagnosing the fault was outstanding, he's attention to detail and safety was excellent! This is just another confirmation of the other 5 star reviews with regards to the unbelievably high level of professional and technical knowledge and assistance. They couldn’t get a technician over and we had an emergency and instead of just leaving us to it they provided us with guidance help and assistance over the phone talking us through so that we could have some power, following a burst pipe this morning which tripped our electrics. Adam at 786 electricals came highly recommend . I wanted a reputable electrician after being stung by cowboys in the past . Unfortunately Adam was fully booked for the job I needed doing which was an outside project . What really impressed me is even though Adam couldn’t do the job he spent an hour of his time on the phone on a Saturday before going to his next job advising me of what is required so I don’t get ripped of . Excellent service from 786 Electricals Ltd. Honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Job was done professionally to a very high standard. Needed Landlord certification but consumer unit was on recall list and bathroom light needed replacement. Adam (Owner) even called the Electrical bodies to confirm the existing panel was on recall list before work was undertaken just to make sure. I had an excellent experience with 786 Electricals and would definitely recommend them to others. Condensation behind my washing machine caused some of the electrics in my kitchen to trip overnight and I needed a fix quite urgently. Adam was quick to respond to my query, gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, turned up exactly on time the very next day and did a fantastic job fixing the problem. These guys were very profesion and accomodation. They put a new socket in to hard wire a new oven for us. We had to cancel the first time due to a damaged delivery from the supplier. They were able to move the date and rearrange the works with no bother. They kept the place clean and tidy. On completion of works we were issued the small works electrical test certificate promptly. This can take ages from some contractors. Definitely use them again. ~ Jonathan H

We had a faulty extractor fan that needed replacing. I contacted 786 Electricals on a Tuesday evening and Adam was quick to respond. He managed to source the fan and get it replaced the next day. We lost power to half of the house due to a failed RCD. Adam diagnosed the problem in the morning, managed to track down the rare replacement RCD after some persistent phoning around (ordering it from Burton in the end) and had it fitted later that evening. He clearly takes pride in what he does and takes ownership in solving problems for his customers so they can return to normality as soon as possible. Tenants called me at 8pm on a Saturday night with no power. Adam responded immediately and was able to attend / resolve the problem later that evening.
